Funding
Lalor Neighbourhood House is a not-for-profit community association and receives income from a number of sources.
In general, participants in programs, activities and classes pay a small fee.
We gratefully acknowledge the support of the Victorian Government for providing subsidies for students enrolled in pre-accredited courses through the ACFE Board Learn Local program. Funding for programs is also provided by the Victorian Government through the Neighbourhood House Coordination Program.
We thank the City of Whittlesea for their long term support of our Centre. We are also very excited to acknowledge the Victorian Government Suburban Revitalisation Grant and our Sustainability Victoria grants which are enabling the Lalor Refresh Project to take off.
Lalor Neighbourhood House is registered with the Australian Charity and Not-for-Profits Commission. Donations, gifts and bequests in support of the Centre’s programs are received with gratitude.
