From Our Art Class: “Belong Submission”
We are excited to share that our wonderful art teacher Ildiko has submitted a special collaborative artwork created by our Lalor Neighbourhood House Art Class to the Whittlesea Annual Art Exhibition 2026.
“Belong”, the piece represents the heart of what our art class has become over the past four years a place where creativity, friendship, and community come together. For many participants, the class is not just about learning art techniques, but about building connections, developing confidence, and being part of an inclusive and welcoming space.
The artwork reflects this shared experience and the sense of belonging that participants have created together at Lalor Neighbourhood House.
