We are saying a heartfelt goodbye to two much-loved members of our Lalor Neighbourhood House family.
This week marks the end of Rouda’s journey in our childcare program, and in a few weeks’ time, we will also farewell our wonderful Manager, Meredith. The impact these two incredible women have had on our community has been truly special.
Rouda has shown such kindness, patience, and care to our little learners and their families, helping to create the warm, safe, and nurturing environment that makes our childcare so special.
As Manager, Meredith has led with heart, strength, and unwavering dedication. Her leadership and commitment to our community and her genuine support of staff, volunteers, and participants has helped shape LNH into the welcoming and inclusive space we are so proud of today.
We are beyond grateful for everything they have given to our community, and they will both be deeply missed!
