Sewing with Karunya
Our sewing group has been busy learning new skills and creating beautiful handmade garments with Karunya.
Over recent sessions, participants have worked on making stylish tunic tops while developing their confidence with sewing techniques, pattern reading, cutting, and garment construction. It has been wonderful to see everyone’s creativity come to life through their fabric choices and personal touches.
The group has also been learning how to draft and sew simple dress patterns, including the classic A-line dress. These versatile designs are perfect for everyday wear and provide a great foundation for building sewing skills.
Whether participants are complete beginners or have some sewing experience, the classes offer a welcoming environment to learn, create, and connect with others who share a love of sewing.
We look forward to seeing more fantastic creations emerge from the sewing room in the weeks ahead!
