A Fresh New Look for Our Community Space
On Friday the 10th of July, our wonderful Manager, Jo, led a much-needed makeover of our former childcare room, giving the space a fresh coat of paint and a whole new lease on life.
This transformation was truly a team effort, with so many generous people giving their time and energy to help bring the space back to life. A huge thank you to Bushra and Nadia for helping prepare the room, Michael and Ella, Jo’s husband and daughter, who dedicated two full days to the project, and Sandra and Jeanette for lending a hand the following day.
A special thank you also goes to Ildiko, Shuti, Ninad and Rani, who worked incredibly hard to help complete the painting. Their enthusiasm and teamwork made all the difference.
The room is now looking brighter, fresher and more welcoming for everyone who uses it. While there are still a few small finishing touches to complete, the transformation has already made a significant difference, and we’re excited to see the refreshed space being enjoyed by our community.
