On Tuesday 30th September, we came together to farewell our much-loved Finance Officer, Sandra, who has been a dedicated and valued member of the Lalor Neighbourhood House community for many years.
Sandra has been more than just our Finance Officer, she has been a constant presence and a deeply respected member of the team. With her calm and steady approach, she worked behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly with great care and attention to detail.
Sandra brought so much heart to LNH. She was always willing to lend a hand, offer support, or simply be a listening ear.
Her kindness and commitment have touched so many of us, staff, volunteers, and community members alike.
Over the years, Sandra has seen LNH grow and change, and she has remained a constant thread through that journey, someone we could all count on. Her knowledge and dedication were matched only by her generosity of spirit, and her presence has helped shape the welcoming, inclusive environment that LNH is known for today.
While saying goodbye is never easy, we are incredibly grateful for the time we’ve had with Sandra and for all the contributions she has made, big and small over the years. Her legacy will continue to be felt here for a long time to come.
We wish Sandra all the very best as she embarks on her next chapter. Whether it brings new adventures, well earned relaxation, or simply more time with loved ones, we know she will bring the same warmth and integrity wherever she goes.
