Sisters Who Sow – From Garden to Table
Our Sisters Who Sow participants have been busy over the past two weeks, transforming fresh ingredients into delicious, homemade meals. From harvesting produce to preparing nutritious recipes together, the program gives participants the opportunity to learn practical cooking skills, build confidence, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
We are also excited to announce that the program’s age range has expanded. Sisters Who Sow is now open to young women aged 15 to 30 years, creating opportunities for even more participants to get involved.
If you or someone you know would like to join Sisters Who Sow, we encourage you to contact Lalor Neighbourhood House and register your expression of interest.
We would love to welcome you to the program.
