Sisters Who Sow – Weekly update

It was another wonderful Wednesday with our Sisters Who Sow group!

The day began in the garden, where everyone spent time harvesting, planting and preparing ingridents before heading back into the kitchen to turn their homegrown produce into delicious meals.

Using the freshly picked herbs, the group baked mint and chocolate chip cookies and cooked a tasty ejjeh – a traditional Arabic-style herb frittata made with parsley and spring onions. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, learn new recipes, and enjoy sharing a meal together.
