Wednesday 14 September, 2-4pm. Join us for a FREE café latte, cappuccino, long black or a teapot cuppa and tell us what you would like to see change around the Lalor Living & Learning Centre. Things we are thinking of: Changing our name to Lalor Neighbourhood House! Building community gardens out the front of the centre full of herbs and vegetables for the community to enjoy! Murals and mosaics, pergolas and welcome seats. We want Lalor to have a neighbourhood house that is the hub of the local neighbourhood and we’d like you to tell us what we need to do to get there! We have lots of fun ways that both adults and children can tell us what you want for Lalor. Here’s an example at Lancefield and below that, some of our brainstorming ideas for Lalor so far! Come before or after you pick up your kids from childcare or school. Or just bring yourself and your creative ideas!
