A Counsellor for our Community
Benita Murray is a Therapy Counsellor and will be at the Centre each week on Mondays from 11 to 3 for sessions on any topic you need to unpack within your life. We will unpack your thoughts together and work on strategies to help you look after your mental wellbeing.
No GP referrals needed and can be either face-to-face at the centre or on-line via Zoom.
Fee is $50 per session for 60 minutes
