It was such a privilege to attend the Homework Club Awards run by the Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY)!
In 2023 we were shortlisted for the Outstanding Newcomer section achieving a Highly Commended accolade. In 2024, we nominated for three Awards and were shortlisted for all three categories achieving the following results:
- Winner for Outstanding Primary Student – Zengwen (Liana) Liang
- Runner Up for Outstanding Volunteer – Peter Castles
- Highly Commended for Outstanding New Support Program – Lalor Neighbourhood House Homework Club
We are ecstatic about the wonderful achievements and were there on the day of the Awards at the Melbourne State Library on September 4th 2024, proudly receiving the recognition! Congratulations to our winner and runner up!
